This blog is mainly a place where I can record my current interests. It is also a place where I can showcase my current projects, obtain inspiration, keep track of suppliers, and the many other little things that make-up who I am and what I am presently about.
Brilliant link Jan, lot to learn there, not least a thin sheet of cork to prevent a steel rule sliding about! I particularly liked the adhesive paper tape he used to smooth and reinforce the tubes, I use the old licky-sticky 'Butterfly' stuff and you either soak it and wait ages for it to dry or lick it and have it lift a year or so later! And I'd already thought the 'new' paper-stick ear-buds would be useful in modelling, as are paper lolly-sticks. Thought the painting at the end was a bit . . . grim?
