I believe these sprue belong to a Con-Core kit in HO, 1/87 scale. There are some usable parts here, like the ladder and turn wheels.
I recently dug these out from my door and window stock for a project I am working on. I don't remember the maker of these windows, but they do like industrial windows of some sort,
The upper ones look like the scaffolding that came with a building under construction, Faller or Pola? But Concor might have carried it, re-boxed, your side of the pond?
