How Disney’s Tower of Terror Works

It has been a long while since I last visited Disney World and its Hollywood Studios, so the mention of the Tower of Terror is new to me, however it is no less fascinating.

Like many of Disney rides the Jurasic River Adventure, like Pirates of the Caribbean, and the only one I can say I experinced, the 20;000 Leagues Under the Sea were/are water based rides.

Finding Nemo Character Squirt the Sea Turtle Figure

Squirt is a brave and spirited sea turtle, one the many characters in this Disney’s Finding Nemo animation. This figure is approximately two and half inches long and is cast from PVC.

Toy Story’s Buzz Lightyear Figure

Buzz Lightyear is character found in Disney’s “Toy Story”. This figure like the last two, that I have made a post, stands approximately three inches tall and is cast from PVC plastic.

This Disney Sleeping Beauty character stands approximately three inches tall and is cast from PVC. One of Maleficent’s curious qualities is her ability to change into a dragon.

The build up to Christmas will include a few of the Magic Kingdoms animated characters. Captain Hook was the main antagonist in Disney’s 1953 animated feature film, Peter Pan. This figure stands approximately 2.25 inches tall and was cast from a PVC.

Sheriff Woody

Sheriff Woody Propped Up Against a (Plastic) Wooden Block

The R is for revealing. (Sorry Hugh) Woody was so intoxicated I couldn’t get him to stand-up straight and had to prop him up against a letter block. The block just happened to be the letter R.

Woody is from a small cache of toys I recently found that had been packed away. The few toys, that are left, somehow missed being donated or tossed out. My grandchildren don’t play with these toys any more and I have decided to hold on to them for the sake of nostalgia.
