It is no exaggeration to say that Jules Verne was a visionary. Verne’s science fiction writings are full of futuristic inventions. Many years before their actual creation Verne envisioned all the following: Electric Submarines, Newscasts, Solar Sails, Lunar Modules, Skywriting, Videoconferencing, Taser and Splashdown Spaceships.
